RESERVATION:

On booking your room we'll ask you to pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount of your stay which will secure your room. We will inform you how to make the payment via fax or email. The balance of your bill will be settled preferably by cash on your arrival.

The confirmation of your booking will be done by e-mail. On request we send the confirmation, of the booking, by fax.

CANCELLATION OF BOOKING:

The conditions in case of cancellation are:

• nothing will be deducted from your credit card at the time of booking.
• payment will be effected at the end of the stay.
• in case of cancellation: until 15 days before the stay nothing will be deducted from your credit card and about the deposit we will only deduce the bank transaction fees.
• in case of cancellation: inside 15 days before the stay, cost for one night will be charged.
• in case of no show without notification, the total amount will be deducted from the credit card or the amount of the deposit will be withheld (credit transfer or money order).
• in case of no show without notification, the room will stay reserved until 24,00 of the arrive day.
• an unplanned, earlier departure must be notified at arrival, to avoid paying the full amount. Exceptions, documentated, in case of emergencies are possible.

When you'll arrive we'll give you a city map, your key room, the key of the main door and gate electronic key, so you'll be free to come back and leave your room whenever you want.
